Application Process:
Member Proposal: Prospective members must be nominated by an existing active member of the group.
Committee Approval: The nominated individual's membership is then subject to approval by the Group Committee. The Committee's decision-making process may include reviewing the application, verifying credentials, and potentially an interview or meeting with the candidate.
Code of Conduct Agreement: Upon approval, the new member must agree to adhere to the group's Code of Conduct. This agreement signifies understanding and commitment to the group's standards of behavior and professional ethics.
Maintenance of Membership:
Active Participation: Members are expected to engage with the community and contribute to its objectives actively.
Adherence to Code of Conduct: Continuous compliance with the Code of Conduct is mandatory. Any allegations of breaches will be investigated according to established procedures.
Removal of Membership:
Breach of Conduct: Any member found in violation of the Code of Conduct is subject to disciplinary actions, which may include suspension or expulsion from the group.
Appeals Process: A member subject to removal shall have the right to appeal the decision before a final determination is made.
